    Our Policies

    1. Terms & Conditions

    Terms & Conditions vary from service required & destination.

    Below is a list of the general T & C's for all moves.

    1. Quotation to be acknowledged & signed if acceptable, and return to us with a 50% deposit.
    2. Quotation is valid for thirty (30) days only.
    3. Balance payment to be made at least seven (7) working days prior to departure of pet/s.
    4. If the owner/client cancels the accepted quotation, the owner/client is liable to pay all expenses incurred and at least 50% of Mitchville’s professional fees.
    5. Quarantine space is subject to availability (if applicable).
    6. At least 4 weeks’ notice is required prior to departure of pet/s. (General, please do check with us based on specific countries)
